I destitution to move from Eureka, Ca to Loveland,Co.

I would have that the likelihood of you finding someone in Loveland that wants to move to Eureka, and would actually also want your house, and be ready to move at the same time as you, is very likely less than 1%.

I'd put it on Craigslist and see what happens, but I wouldn't wait one extra minute to find out the results before I started putting my own up on on the market and hiring a realtor in Loveland to find you a new home.
