Im a high school junior looking for references or websites to find good colleges preferably in the northeast?

Im looking for either a seclusive or public college in the northeast that has scholoraship opportunites and financial aid that isnt that hard to get into. Ive look and found many that forgather my criteria but im still on the lookout. help anyone?

They have a tool that asks you about your background and interests and then will spit out a list of colleges that are make away for you.
