If I somehow lost my current coverage, would the government take over under the new health care reform?

I was looking into this, but since I was unwilling to sit through a 1000+ used of an adult bellboy bill, I need someone who knows to explain this to me. Anyways, I was wondering, if I somehow lost my coverage under the new health care reform proposed by congress, would the regulation immediately take over, or would I have a chance to buy a new plan? If you could offer a link or a snippit from the bill proving your answer, that would be notable.

yes, it will.

Propitious question...here's another one....Right now I pay almost $7200 a year in premiums, more when you add copays for a family of 4.....If I switched to the new notable option...wouldn't i be saving money...even if my taxes increased? Wouldn't my taxes have to gain to double or triple the current amount to even come close to what I pay for premiums? If that's what they mean by raising taxes to pay for it....Off me in...I'll still save money.

I have a T-Mobile Blackberry - with insurance coverage for lost or damaged equipment - tips please?

I basic to know if it is better to say that I just lost the device (it is working but the pearl ball jams all the occasion (and yes, I tried all the tricks - does not work). I would have to pay $100 either way.

Do not say you lost it, you'll have to pay the 100 dollar fee. Since the phone is malfunctioning, well-founded go to a T-Mobile store, show them the problem and the will have a new one sent to you free of charge. I find going into the store is more at one's fingertips, because they usuall wave the shipping costs.
If you call customer care, they may wave the shipping fee too since the phone is messing up.
They will send it in the dispatch, and then you simply send your old one back to them in the box provided.

I have already been through 4 BBs. First time I lost my phone and had to pay the 100 dollars, but the next three times the phone malfunctioned and they sent me a new one allowed of charge.
