Can you use brush on latex to make a 2 part mold?
I have this brush on latex rubber mold settling that I got at the craft store. Is it possible to use this stuff to make a 2 part mold by pouring it, or will the two halfs of the mold fair end up sticking to each other?
I also have mold release spray if that'll help.
Not guaranteed what material you are trying to make the mold from, but assuming it is not porous, spray a coat of mold unloose on the part. then brush on a layer of latex. Following the directions, let it dry and re-coat as recommended. You will need to build the mold up so that it won't slit when you remove it, so you may need 6 to 10 coats, depending on the part size and complexity. Let the latex drug fully (or as recommend by the manufacturer) and remove the part.
How the heck do you use brush rollers?
I purchased brush rollers but I have no construct how to use them and if they'll even work for long hair. HELP
Brush rollers are old just like regular rollers, just like hot rollers, well . . . fair like any roller. The brush just helps keep the hair on the roller. Decide on your style, part your ringlets if needed and place the rollers accordingly. If you want the hair to go off your face, roll the curls towards the back of your head. Put them in horizontally for ends that flip up or vertically for curls that hang down. The bigger the drum, the looser the curls or waves. If you don't like the look you got, you can always wash it out and go again. Trial and error will give you the suffer you need.
They will work for long hair if given enough time to dry. Instead of starting with wet mane, dry it first. And instead of using water to dampen the hair, consider using a contour bedspread instead. It'll dry faster and give you some hold as well.
