Return of a Paintball Legend
Salutation Back a Paintball Legend – The Redesigned SL-68 II
Tippmann to resume production of classic inspire maker…with a few modern twists
BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. (September 15, 2009) – The 1990s. A great decade that ushered in some signal moments…the end of the cold war…the birth of the World Wide Web…and the introduction of the Tippmann SL-68 II – an unusually durable and popular paintball marker that’s still utilized by many players around the world. Fortunately, these players no longer have to shine the internet for replacement parts or a new marker, because the SL-68 II is back!

That’s right; Tippmann is reintroducing this paintball explanatory note with a few modern updates, including a redesigned integrated feed neck that fits most standard hoppers now on the sell as well as a redesigned ergonomic grip for enhanced comfort and control.
“We didn’t make a lot of changes to the original design of the SL-68 II because – wholly frankly – they weren’t necessary,” said Denny Tippmann, Jr., senior sin president of research and product development for Tippmann Sports. “This marker is definitely a well-built workhorse, which we foresee appealing to the growing number of players who are looking to have fun while shooting less paint in a day, as well as those ‘purists’ or ‘old-form’ paintball players who really fell in love with this game using the original SL-68 II.”
Those who try the new SL-68 II will find most of the same passionate features that helped establish the original as a true paintball legend. These features include an 11-inch stone honed barrel; a breech anchorage for easy cleaning; an all-metal trigger; an external velocity adjustor; a built-in sight railing; an integrated tank adapter with built-in gas line and front and rear sling mounts.

What type of handgun do you recommend for self-defense/concealed carry?
I need a handgun with adequate stopping power, a relatively ergonomic grip, and as many worthwhile bells and whistles I can get for a comparatively decent price. Any suggestions are welcome.
Your pick depends a lot on your environment and your competence with whichever weapon you chose.
A friend of mine is a prosecutor for a on the loose county. He gets threatened a lot and takes his personal safety seriously. He wears suits but often works in shirt sleeves. His disseminate gun is a S&W 640, a .38 spl., which he carries in a pocket holster. Some of the people that work in the office with him still don't discern that he carries all the time. He has a S&W 686, .357 mag. in his car (4 incher) and another 686 at bedside. Note that all the guns are revolvers and S&W. He trusts the thorough reliability of the revolver. He wants all his defense guns to work the same way, so they are all the same make.
Another friend works a in the main mountain ranch. He packs an old, well used Mdl. 29, S&W .44 mag. in a belt slide hip holster. His only concession to "concealment" is to up on a light jacket if he is in town. It is the only hand gun he owns and he is scary accurate with it. He considers semi auto guns "gadgets" and does not destitution to learn another gun.
I have carried a handgun of some type all my adult life. My concealment guns were often snubby revolvers that I hid on miscellaneous parts of my body. I still carry (on occassion) my S&W 940, a 9mm snub revolver, in a pocket holster. My expected carry gun is a Taurus 745, a .45 ACP compact, in a IWB holster. Which one I carry kind of depends on how hot it is face. As long as I can cover the butt of the .45 it is the one I carry. However, the 940 is still a viable option.
Your concealed move gun should be simple to use and absolutely reliable. "Bells and whistles" might be "frigid" but often they are just things that get in the way at the worst possible time. Really, there are only two worthwhile options to put on your gun. One is a laser mark and the other is night sights.
I am doing A level product design and i need to find some ergonomic diagrams?
and intelligence for childrens hand width and grip strength etc i havent been successfull in finding any good websites does anyone differentiate of any good ones ?
