Sensitive skin?

I have very sensitive skin and hiatus out easily. If I touch my face and I've forgotten to wash my hands I'll get a blemish in that spot. Everything I use seems to interrupt me out worse. So I haven't come up with a daily routine yet. I have darker skin pigment and have tried only a few things (didn't yearning to chance it without advice first).
Would try another Derma Doc but its been too expensive in the past and with no real results. Any ideas?
